This Order may be cited as the Layout Designs of Integrated Circuits Act (Commencement) Order, 2017.

2. Commencement of Act No. 6 of 2016

The Layout Designs of Integrated Circuits Act, 2016, shall come into operation on the date of publication of this Order.
