1. Title

This Notice may be cited as the Actions for Smoke Damage (Prohibition) (Declaration of Smoke Agreements, Smoke Area and Mine Operator) (Revocation) Notice, 1996.

2. Revocation of Government Notices

The Government Notices set out in the Schedule to this Notice are hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

1.   Government Notice No. 17 of 1996, declaring the Agreement dated the 12^th March, 1934, made between His Majesty and Rokana Corporation Limited, a Smoke Agreement, the area described therein, a smoke area, and the Rokana Corporation Limited, a mine operator.

2.   Government Notice No. 35 of 1961, declaring the Agreement dated the 9^th October, 1935, made between his Majesty and Roan Antelope Copper Mines Limited, a Smoke Agreement, the area described therein, a smoke area, and Roan Antelope Copper Mines Limited, a mine operator.

3.   Government Notice No. 43 of 1961, declaring the Agreement dated the 14^th June, 1935, made between his Majesty and Mufulira Copper Mines Limited, a Smoke truck having Agreement, the area described therein, a smoke area, and Mufulira Copper Mines Limited, a mine operator.

4.   Government Notice No. 272 of 1963, declaring that Roan Selection Trust Limited was bound by and entitled to the benefit of the Agreement declared by Government Notice No. 35 of 1961 to be a Smoke Agreement and which declared the Roan Selection Trust Limited a mine operator.{/mprestriction}
