This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Commencement) Order, 2016.

2. Commencement of Act No. 5 of 2016

The Civil Aviation Act, 2016, shall come into operation on the date of publication of this Order.

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Designated Provincial and Strategic Airports) Regulations.

2. Provincial airports

The airports set out in Part A of the Schedule are designated as provincial airports.

3. Designated strategic airports

The airports set out in Part B of the Schedule are designated as strategic airports.
