1.   Title and commencement

   (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Constitutional Offices Emoluments Regulations, 2018.

   (2) These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1st January, 2018.

2.   Salary

These shall be paid to the holder of an office specified in the first column of the Schedule a salary at the annual rate prescribed for that office in the second column of the Schedule.

3.   Revocation of S.I. 66 of 2012

The Constitutional Officers Emoluments Regulations, 2012 are revoked.
