1. Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Casino (Licence Fees)(Suspension) Regulations, 2001.

2. Suspension of licence fees

The licence fees payable under paragraph (c), of subsection (1) of section 15 of the Act by Sun International Limited are suspended to the extent sufficient to reduce the fees to the amounts specified in the Schedule to these Regulations.

LICENCE FEES PAYABLE

1.    Five per centum of the gross revenue for each quarter during the first year form the commencement of the operation of the licence.

2.    Ten per centum of the gross revenue for each quarter during the second year from the anniversary of the commencement date of the operation of the licence.

3.    Fifteen per centum gross revenue for each quarter during the third year from the anniversary of the commencement date of the operation of the licence.{/mprestriction}
