GN 245 of 1959.

1. Title

This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products Levy (Cattle) Order.

2. Interpretation

In this Order, "cattle"  means bulls, calves, cows, heifers and oxen.

3. Declaration of agricultural product

Cattle are hereby declared to be an agricultural product for the purposes of the Act.

1. Title

This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products Levy (Withdrawal) Order.

2. Withdrawal of levies

The levies imposed in pursuance of the Act on—

      (a)   dry maize on or off the cob;

      (b)   milk and butterfat;

      (c)   cattle;

are hereby wholly withdrawn.{/mprestriction}
