AN ACT
to provide for the change of title of certain public officers.

This Act may be cited as the Public Officers (Change of Titles) Act.
2. Substitution of new titles of public officers
Wherever any title amongst those of the public officers set out in the first column of the Schedule appears in any written law, order or notice now in force, it shall be deemed to be replaced by the corresponding title or titles set out in the second column of the Schedule.

3. Provision for future change of titles
Whenever any change of title of any public officer occurs at any future time, the President, if occasion requires, may, by statutory notice, make any necessary substitution in or addition to the Schedule, and the provisions of section 2 shall apply accordingly in conformity with every such substitution or addition.
