WORKER'S COMPENSATION (ASSESSMENT OF EARNINGS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (S.I. 14/2021)

Made u/ss 113 and 152 of the Workers' Compensation Act.

General amendment: The principal Regulations are amended by the deletion of the figure "ZMW 9,600.000.00" wherever it appears and the substitution therefor of the figure "ZMW 14, 400.00".
