An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending 31st December, 2018, not exceeding in the aggregate three billion, five hundred and seventy-seven million, forty-eight thousand, three hundred and sixty-five kwacha.
