An Act to authorise expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending 31st December, 2019, not exceeding in the aggregate eighty-six billion, eight hundred and seven million, eight hundred and ninety-four thousand, seven hundred and twenty-seven kwacha.
