An Act to amend the Supreme Court of Zambia Act.

Date of Commencement: 7th June, 2016. 

Amends: ss 2, 4, 7, 22(1), 26(2), Part IV heading, Part V heading.

Repeals: ss 12, 14, 20, 25(b), 29(3).

Substitutes: ss 15, 17, 22(2), (3), 23, 24.
