An Act to amend the Immigration and Deportation Act.

Date of Commencement: 7th June, 2016. 

Amends:ss 2, 3, 4, 10, 18, 20(2), 28(5), 40(2), First Schedule.

Inserts: ss 23(1)(c), 52(6), 56A.

Repeals: ss. 20(7), 24, 28(2).

Substitutes: ss 52(5).
