An act to authorise expenditure from the general revenues of the Republic of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending on 31st December, 2016, not exceeding in the aggregate fifty-three billion, one hundred and thirty-five million, eight hundred and twenty-five thousand, three hundred and sixty four kwacha.
